  Waited forever..food was done and sat on the counter. The quality of service appears to be going down. When food is done, another worker should call the orders to keep wait times down.

  This place needs some policies in place. I have ordered TWICE before for deliveey because I don't drive. Both times they said it was a $15.00 minmum order. I got a breakfast platter that they charged me $6.00 for and it was 2 eggs and a bacon, nothing else. Today I call for dwlivery and get told its a $20.00 minimum order.....WHAT??? And the platter I got according to THEIR menu should have included hash brown and toast or bagel. I will NEVER order again. The food is crap and the bagels are nasty. Owner is a liar.

  This place is hands down the absolute best bagel place I've ever been to. I've gone to Brooklyn and had bagels from them, been to the likes of the bagel nook in Freehold. But this place kicks everyone else's bagels in the junk. If you have a negative opinion of this place then go back and apologize because you're probably the problem. Long story short this place is the best ever, and should be treated as such.
